CONSUMER PULSE

 

Working at Choice, we get a great range of things to design for our different teams within Choice. Every year our Insights & Campaigns Teams produce a Consumer Pulse Report, in which thousands of our members and supports are surveyed about what issues concern them most. As the lead designer on these projects, it's then my job to take the most important data and results from these surveys and represent them graphically in a way that is easy to understand but also reflects Choice as a brand and an organisation that is helping understand consumer insights
