During my time at Choice many projects come across my desk, some simple enough to develop design ideas from and some are trickier than others and one of the hardest subjects to make digestible for consumers is the subject of rental rights. My job as a designer at Choice is to often take complex data and represent many aspects of the data visually. Choice surveyed thousands of everyday people about the troubles they face as renters and we complied it into a report to take to government to instigate change for rental rights.
Working with the Campaigns team I worked closely with key stakeholders to design a visual representation of our collected data in the report shown below.
